El Calcetín involves drip-immersion brewing. It’s the best of all worlds because it gives the full potency of the bean, its cloth does not filter out natural coffee oils, and is best used when hosting many people.

We recommend brewing drip grounds for 3 to 3.5 minutes—fully immersed. If you brew coffee fully immersed for longer, use coarse coffee grounds. Check out our Grind Guide here.
