This drink is the most labor-intensive drink we have every crafted. Over three days, we carefully let pineapple skins sit in a sweet brew, removing the fermentation foam daily to ensure a clean, crisp drink. The result is a refreshing beverage that captures the essence of Tepache—without very light fermentation! It’s also Inti’s favorite drink.
