(Answer at bottom)
Hispanic Heritage Month
Hispanic Heritage Month starts today!
September 15 is a special day. It’s the independence anniversary for Latin American countries like Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. It also marks the start of Latin American (Hispanic) Heritage Month which goes from September 15th through October 15th. Many other countries celebrate their independence in or around this timeframe.

Trivia Answer: Cuba
The cortadito is a traditional Cuban coffee drink made with espresso, sugar, and steamed milk. The name "cortadito" literally means "little cut," referring to the fact that it is a small, strong sweetened coffee with steamed milk often served in a demitasse cup. Contrary to what it might appear, it is not a small Cortado (a drink from Spain).
The drink is known for its strong espresso flavor with a lot more sweetness than the Cortado or other small coffee drinks. It’s typically sweetened with sugar but may use other sweeteners. At home, you may use a shot of Moka or Brikka coffee pot; coffee shops will most likely use espresso instead.
It's a simple, delicious coffee drink—perfect for those who like small coffee & milk drinks packed with sweetness.
