¿Buenos días, un Chocolate Mexicano, por favor? – (Good morning, could I have Mexican Hot Chocolate, please?)
Trivia Answer: Molinillo (moh-lee-NEE-yoh)
The molinillo is used to make a traditional cup of Mexican hot chocolate. Each molinillo is handmade from a single piece of alder wood, with dark accents buried into the wood through a process called “pyrogravure.”
